In spectacular Palm Springs, relaxation meets adventure in a whirlwind of excitement playing out beneath the golden California sun. Experience the very best of this desert oasis when you stay at Charming Spanish Colonial, an aptly named 2-bedroom home just north of downtown. Here, you’ll find it easy to indulge in the area’s vibrant culture, breathtaking landscapes, and endless recreational opportunities. Before the adventures of the city, however, it’s the features of the home itself that deserve first mention. The private, enclosed backyard will quickly become your own personal paradise, with a sparkling inground pool, bubbling hot tub, and spacious patio beckoning you to spend your days lounging under an umbrella with a good book, the warm air swirling around you. Fire up the barbeque to grill a delicious lunch, dining al fresco among the lush native landscaping. In the evenings, fire is back on the menu as you gather around the above-ground pit on comfortable outdoor seating, toasting up a treat with a round of co*cktails. The rooftop deck is the best way to take in the panoramic views of the sweeping San Jacinto Mountains as you engage in casual conversation and reminisce over the day’s activities.

When you do decide to venture out, downtown Palm Springs is a quick 5-minute drive away where you will enjoy endless options of shopping, dining, and nightlife. You will also be minutes from the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, transporting you over the soaring cliffs of Chino Canyon to the pristine wilderness of the Mt. San Jacinto State Park where you’ll find a museum, theaters, and over 50 miles of hiking trails. Of course, no visit would be complete without a relaxing soak in the famous hot springs, where warm mineral waters melt away your stress as you bask in the tranquil beauty of the desert landscape.

Indoors, cool is the word of the day as the home has been carefully curated to help you beat the heat and maximize your downtime. Tile flooring runs throughout, organically blending one room to the next in spaces promoting both rejuvenation and entertainment. With bedrooms on the opposite ends of the home, you’ll truly feel like you have your very own space for the privacy and relaxation you’ve been looking forward to. Curl up on the living room sofa as you queue up a movie or keep up with episodes of your favorite shows on the mounted smart TV. Around the corner, the galley kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary endeavors, showcasing stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and sleek cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. The dining table for 4 is ready to host you for meals or a spontaneous game night, with tranquil views of the patio front and center.
