Paradise Communications knowledge of local exchange companies (LEC) tariffs (BellSouth,
Ameritech, Southwestern Bell, etc.) provides an invaluable opportunity for clients
to understand exactly what they are paying for and review opportunities to economize
and optimize their local service.
This process provides our clients with a database that includes a complete review
of the local services they are currently using along with an understanding of available
options. We also review traffic information to determine if your company has the
correct number of telephone lines. In addition, we look for billing errors and attempt
to gain refunds or credits for over-billing.
The analysis has been designed to be as non-intrusive as possible and is totally
confidential. Paradise Communications interfaces with your LEC to obtain alternate
service opportunity information. We make recommendations but do not issue orders,
